luky22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for legitimate play (i.e., where no fraud or breach is involved), any real-money balance in the player's luky22 wallet will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any amounts properly owed to luky22. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
